Release 13.1 – September 2025
LearningBuilder version 13.1 has arrived! Among other configuration and usability improvements, LearningBuilder’s engaging and informative Application Pathways page now supports Accreditation scenarios (and additional use cases involving Multi-Instance Roles).
Improvements to Application Pathways:
- Support for accreditation use cases has come to Application Pathways. Now, due to new support for Multi-Instance Roles, organizations can use Application Pathways to view their accredited programs and begin new accreditation applications.
- In addition, new configuration settings can allow Practitioners to delete accreditation applications begun by accident or in error, or that were started and then abandoned, without the need for admin intervention. This means both enhanced self-service and less “junk” infiltrating legitimate program data. To prevent accidental deletion of meaningful information, Practitioners cannot delete Member Roles with Learning Plan Instances.
- We’ve also enhanced the performance (aka, the loading speed) of the Application Pathways page, even when there’s a large number of Learning Plan Instances to display.
Other Usability Improvements:
- We added more data import information and filtering options so it’s easier to manage bulk uploads. If you’ve used our Enhanced Data Import Tool to import data into the system, you may already be aware that it can display a table of recent imports. With this release, we have added the ability to display more results in that table, as well as the ability to filter those results by date.
Other Configuration Improvements:
- To lessen maintenance costs, make rule design better, and simplify data modeling across use cases, we increased the utility of rule logic for the Email Address datatype, adding support for the following operators:
- Equal To
- Not Equal To
- Contains Substring
- Does Not Contain Substring
Integration Improvements:
Speaking of integrations, we enhanced error logging during the Demographic Sync process to accelerate troubleshooting and resolution. Should an issue occur, we will quickly know whether it was on the LearningBuilder side or if it came from the third-party system.
