Release 12.9 – May 2025

Welcome to LearningBuilder 12.9! This release contains Pearson VUE integration updates related to eligibility and scheduling and improvements to our System Insights.

Integrations:

• Our Pearson integration now allows Admins to configure the “Call Pearson VUE APIs” behavior, which creates or updates eligibilities or candidate records. Admins can now choose, based on program requirements, which values to use for client candidate and client authorization IDs. It also expands the eligibility functionality that can be triggered from LearningBuilder, allowing actions to Add and Update candidate records, as well as Add, Update, and Cancel eligibility records with Pearson from LearningBuilder.
• We’ve also created a new, more flexible template that generates the SSO link to the Pearson scheduling site. It supports additional values configurable with the new “Call Pearson VUE APIs” behavior.

Configuration Improvements:

• We have created numerous “Insights” views linked to the configuration UI so that LearningBuilder System Administrators might better understand that configuration. This latest release offers a new Insights view to help discover and determine the usage of workflow objects and database objects, which helps with troubleshooting, upgrades, and/or making configuration changes.
