Release 12.0 – June 2024

This release merges “innovation line” functionality into the mainline release. It is safe to upgrade to 12.0 from either the LTS line or the innovation line.

Configuration Improvements:

• If you edit applications within the system, you’ll notice changes to the “Applies When” and “Activity Filter” options when editing requirements and/or adding limits. We recently built a new Comparison Rule editor and with this release, we’ve added it to the Requirements Model and Limit features of editing Learning Plans.

Usability Improvements:

• Over the last releases, we’ve consistently added to the types of information tracked by LearningBuilder’s Workflow Log. To continue that effort, changes to the Provider, Activity Type, and Contact of Activity Definitions are now logged in the Workflow Log so administrators can see who updated those fields and when.
• For enhanced clarity when issuing refunds, the name of the individual receiving the refund now displays prominently on the Refund Review page during confirmation.

Integration:

• Our Pearson VUE integration can now capture individual exam Form Codes to increase transparency in reporting. For further enhanced score report granularity, this integration can now also map section-level scores (in addition to exam-level scores).

Reporting:

• We’ve updated our Enhanced Reporting Module to version 5.0, upgrading the encryption, API, and more. We’ve also made it easier to open reports in new tabs as well as bookmark and share links to individual reports.
• Our self-hosted clients can now access the Enhanced Reporting portal through the Sys Admin area in LearningBuilder (without the need for the portal to be deployed separately to their environment).

Cosmetic:

• We’ve improved some cosmetic issues in the formatting and display of our new Large File Uploads functionality.
