What is LearningBuilder Academy?

LearningBuilder Academy is a full-day, in-person event designed for our client community. It brings together program professionals, administrators, and organizational leaders for a day of hands-on learning, forward-looking conversation, and direct engagement with the Heuristic Solutions team.

Your team will come away from Academy equipped with practical skills for right now, fresh ideas for the future, and stronger relationships with the people who build and support the tools you depend on. You’ll also have a chance to have your voice heard and contribute to our product priorities and roadmap brainstorming.

The Guidebook Sessions will equip you to:

• Navigate LearningBuilder with greater confidence and efficiency.
• Configure the system in ways that better fit your program’s needs.
• Access and use data that was previously out of reach.
• Submit support requests with greater clarity (for faster results).

Program Horizons

Our Program Horizons content will invite you to think expansively about how you serve your constituents, drawing on emerging trends in learning, workforce development, and assessment to help you imagine where credentialing is headed.

This is your opportunity to be heard. Throughout the day, LearningBuilder Roadmap content gives attendees a chance to identify the features and improvements that would make the biggest difference to your work.

You’ll get a look at what Heuristic Solutions has been building, including recent platform advances and how they apply to the future of credentialing, and hear about the infrastructure and integration investments underway. You’ll also take a close look at integrations, how they work, what can go wrong, and how your organization can take a more active role in managing them.

Our LearningBuilder Roadmap content is built around four outcomes:

• Visibility into where the platform is headed.
• A clearer understanding of integration models and what they mean for your program.
