Vaughan Moore is Senior Analyst for Heuristic Solutions, a custom Web applications development company based in Arlington, Virginia. Mr. Moore manages overall production, resource allocation and scheduling for some of the company’s important client engagements. However, his responsibilities also include system analysis, quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Mr. Moore’s breadth of knowledge in software applications and skills in customer relations contributed significantly to Heuristic Solutions’ 100% growth rate from 2003 to 2004.
Prior to Heuristic Solutions, Mr. Moore was a Project Manager for Marsteller Interactive, the online division of Burson-Marsteller, a global public relations firm in Washington DC. His responsibilities included managing global Webcast productions for such well known clients as GE, Accenture, and the U.S. Treasury, in addition to producing and delivering “rich-media” e-mail to thousands of news journalists covering his clients’ media events. For the U.S. Treasury, Mr. Moore worked on the launch of the newly redesigned $20 bill contributing to millions of web site impressions that resulted in an increased global awareness of the change in currency design.
Prior to Marsteller Interactive, Mr. Moore was assistant press secretary to Senator Conrad Burns (R-MT), where he was instrumental in Senator Burns’ campaign for Conference Chairman, a major leadership position in the Senate. Prior to serving Senator Burns, he served in political communications positions for several presidential campaigns.
Mr. Moore graduated with a BA in International Relations from the University of San Diego and currently resides with his wife and three children in Falls Church, Virginia.
