Vaughan Moore is Senior Business Analyst, responsible for how Heuristics understands customer requirements.  He is responsible for refining the process of gathering, interpreting, reflecting, and prioritizing client needs. Vaughan brings extensive project management experience in the on-line world and a keen insight into both business and systems issues. Vaughan has led some of the most sophisticated applications Heuristics has produced, including Omniconference.

Prior to Heuristic Solutions, Mr. Moore was a Project Manager for Marsteller Interactive, the online division of Burson-Marsteller, a global public relations firm in Washington DC. His responsibilities included managing global Webcast productions for such well known clients as GE, Accenture, and the U.S. Treasury, in addition to producing and delivering “rich-media” e-mail to thousands of news journalists covering his clients’ media events. For the U.S. Treasury, Mr. Moore worked on the launch of the newly redesigned $20 bill contributing to millions of web site impressions that resulted in an increased global awareness of the change in currency design.

Mr. Moore graduated with a BA in International Relations from the University of San Diego and currently resides with his wife and four children in Falls Church, Virginia.
