Maria Rinaldi is the Senior Project Manager for Heuristic Solutions. As a certified Project Management Professional, Maria brings both experience and leadership to our staff. She has managed complex web development projects using a variety of project methodologies and process tools to monitor progress, schedule and budget.

Prior to joining Heuristics, Maria worked on both the client side and consulting side overseeing a wide variety of web based solutions for large Fortune 500 companies, web start-ups and small to medium sized organizations. Companies included Marriott International, where she managed personalization and e-Commerce projects for online Marriott Rewards members and iXL (currently RazorFish), where she worked on web based solutions for DuPont, Discovery Channel, Slate Magazine and Bank One.

Maria holds dual B.A. degrees in Interpersonal Communications and Linguistics (concentrate Artificial Language) from the State University of New York at Oswego. She currently lives in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband.
