Alison Neal is a principal and founder of Heuristic Solutions.  In this capacity, she is responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales and marketing, human resources, finance, project design and strategic partnership programs.  Ali has also managed client teams on a diverse range of projects, from web site design to document management via corporate intranet.

In addition to her work at Heuristic Solutions, at Sprint Nextel, Ali was responsible for intranet self service content and applications for Shared Services. During her tenure, she was promoted to manage accounts payable where she was responsible for the timely and accuracy disbursements of 2-3 billion dollars a month. After returning from maternity leave, she assumed the responsibility of disbursements assurance and compliance with SOX controls.

Previously, Ali served in the non-profit sector, acquiring management expertise in the fields of membership management and political organizing.

Ali is a member of Society for Human Resource Management, Project Management Institute, and Institute of Internal Auditors. She is currently pursing a certificate of accounting from George Mason University School of Management where she is a member of the accounting honors program.

Ali holds a B. A. in Economics from Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. She currently lives in Arlington, Va., with her husband, two daughters and son.
